It's hard to describe the excitement we feel as we discover that our favorite book or tale that we loved as kids will soon be turned into a film. Now imagine being cast as the main character in the novel you grew up reading and adored. Feels surreal? Olivia Rodrigo was the first actor to have experienced this. Olivia made her debut into the acting world after being cast in the lead role of the series American Girl -the episodes of which Rodrigo had been viewing since seven years old. It was her first time playing the character she had been a fan of and bonded to since childhood. Her talents soon became acknowledged and she's now popular with Disney fans. While this was a sweet victory, it did come with a cost. Olivia was constantly moving from city to city sacrificing on regular school and hangouts with friends.
