Courtney Thorne Smith Bio
American actor Courtney Thorne Smith (born November 8 in 1967). Her best-known work is her roles on Melrose Place, Alison Parker on Melrose Place, Georgia Thomas on Ally McBeal, Cheryl in According to Jim and her frequent role in Two and a Half Men as Lyndsey McElroy. Thorne Smith was raised in Menlo Park in the south of San Francisco. Walter Smith was her father. Lora Thorne was her mother and psychotherapist. They divorced when Courtney was seven years old, and she was with both parents at different stages. Jennifer is her older sister is an ad executive. She graduated in 1985 from Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley, California. She also performed for the Ensemble Theater Company in Mill Valley as she was in high school. Thorne Smith was a part of her first film appearance in 1986's Lucas alongside Winona Ryder and Corey Haim. Thorne-Smith was also a part of several films during the late 1980s including Welcome to 18 (1986), Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise (1987), Summer School (1987), and Side Out (1990). She starred with Carrot Top in 1998's box office failure, the Chairman of the Board. She was also in Sorority Wars in 2009. Thorne Smith has dated Andrew Shue in the 1990s. He was her screen boyfriend from Melrose Place. In June 2000, she married Andrew Conrad, a geneticist. The couple divorced in the month of January. Roger Fishman (president of Zizo Group, marketing company) and author of What I Know was her wedding date. On the 11th of January, 2008, at age 40 she gave birth Jacob Emerson Fishman, her son. Jacob Emerson Fishman.
